- Identifiers: first name, last name, email address, phone number
- Move details: pickup location, destination, estimated volume, preferred date, additional notes you provide
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and language, device type, pages visited, referring URL
- Consent records: timestamp and scope of consent given through the site

5. Legal basis for processing
Under PDPA Section 24, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent (Section 19) for transmitting your details to partner movers and for non-essential cookies
- Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps for handling your quote request
- Legitimate interest for service security, fraud prevention and aggregated analytics, where this is balanced against your rights
- Legal obligation where processing is required by Thai law
6. Data sharing and recipients
Your personal data may be shared with:
- Verified partner moving companies: only the partners suited to your origin, destination and move type receive your request, for the sole purpose of providing quotes
- Service providers: hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery, anti-bot security and analytics providers acting as data processors on our behalf
