These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website gothaimover.com operated by GoThaiMover. By using the site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Purpose

The Terms set out the conditions under which GoThaiMover provides users with a comparator service connecting them to verified partner moving companies in Thailand. They also describe each party's rights and obligations.

2. Description of the service

GoThaiMover is a comparator platform. The service consists of:

  • Collecting the details of your move through an online form
  • Forwarding your request to relevant verified partner movers
  • Allowing those partners to contact you directly with their own quotes

GoThaiMover does not perform moving services. The moving contract, where applicable, is concluded directly between the user and the partner mover of the user's choice.

3. Free service for users

The platform is free of charge for users. No payment information is requested by GoThaiMover. Submitting a request creates no obligation to accept any quote.

4. User obligations

By using the platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when submitting a request
  • Use the platform only for lawful, personal or professional moving needs
  • Refrain from any abusive, automated, fraudulent or malicious use of the site
  • Respect the rights of partner movers, in particular by not misusing their contact details or quotes

5. Partner mover obligations

Partner movers are independent professionals selected on the basis of:

  • Valid Thai business registration
  • Adequate professional liability insurance
  • Appropriate equipment and operational capacity
  • Verified user feedback and ongoing quality monitoring

Each partner remains solely responsible for the quotes it issues, the contracts it concludes, the services it performs and its compliance with applicable Thai regulations.

6. GoThaiMover is not a moving company

GoThaiMover is not a moving company. It does not load, transport, store or unload goods, and does not subcontract these operations. The platform's role is strictly limited to introducing users to partner movers. As a result, GoThaiMover is not a party to the moving contract and cannot be held liable for the performance of the move.

7. No guarantee on quotes

GoThaiMover endeavours to forward your request to several partner movers but cannot guarantee a specific number of quotes, a specific response time, or the availability of a partner for a given date or route. Quotes are issued at the partner movers' sole discretion based on the information you provide and their own commercial conditions.

8. Liability

Within the limits permitted by Thai law, GoThaiMover's liability is limited to direct damages arising from a proven failure of the platform itself. GoThaiMover cannot be held liable for:

  • The performance, pricing, delays, damage or disputes related to the moving services provided by partners
  • Any agreement reached directly between a user and a partner outside the platform
  • Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, opportunities or data
  • Temporary unavailability of the site for maintenance or for reasons beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

9. Personal data and withdrawal of consent

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, drafted in line with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). In particular, you may withdraw your consent at any time under PDPA Section 19, including for the transmission of your details to partner movers, by writing to dpo@gothaimover.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

10. Intellectual property

The site, its structure, content, trademarks and logos are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or unauthorised use is prohibited without the prior written consent of GoThaiMover, except for normal browsing of the platform.

11. Modifications

GoThaiMover may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the service, in applicable law or in operational practices. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of use of the platform. Substantial changes will be notified through the site.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Thai law. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, after a prior attempt at amicable resolution.
